CHRISTMAS COOKIES AND TARTS
Biber Cookie with Marzipan Filling 
Soft, moist gingerbread with a rich marzipan center, decorated with festive holiday designs. A Swiss favorite that captures the warmth of the season.

Gingerbread Houses - Decorated or Kits
Choose from ready-decorated gingerbread chalets or "Do It Yourself" kit with pre-baked pieces, royal icing and festive candies to assemble at home.

Tarts
Enjoy our freshly baked daily tarts - Apple, Cherry, Frangipane and our Swiss specialty, the St Moritz Tart. We also feature seasonal favorites like Pecan and Pumpkin Tarts, perfect for holiday celebrations.

Yule Log

Biberfladen
Soft gingerbread loaf filled with marzipan, baked in an 8" round.
Serves 8-10

Birenweggen
Rich Swiss pear and walnut sweet bread filled with  pear, fig, plum and raisin compote, macerated in red wine, Kirsch and Pear William Schnapps.
Serves 8-10

Grittibenz
Soft, buttery Zopf bread shaped into a Santa figure with raisin eyes and pearl sugar on his hat. It may have a pipe. 

Panettone
Classic Italian holiday bread made with light yeast dough, raisins and candied citrus peel. Perfect for breakfast, brunch or gifting.
Serves 6-8

Stöllen   
Traditional German fruit bread rich with raisins, almonds, citrus peel and marzipan. Dipped in butter and rolled in sugar for a sparkling festive finish.

Our Good Luck Pig's Bread is made from soft, buttery Zopf dough shaped like a cheerful pig, complete with raisin eyes and the year's numbers on its back.

Celebrate January 6th with this beloved Swiss tradition!
Sweet holiday bread with almonds, pearl sugar and raisins. Hidden inside there is a small plastic king or queen token - whoever finds it is crowned for the day.
