Catering
Looking to serve a crowd? We offer 8-inch quiche in a variety of flavors. Choose from: Cheese, Lorraine, Herb, Tomato, Caramelized Onion

We also offer Spaetzli, the classic Swiss-German egg noodles, tender and buttery. Ideal as a side or main dish and the German Potato Salad, a wam, tangy potato salad made with vinegar, onions and herbs.

Swiss Cheese Dinners
Bring a touch of Swiss tradition to your celebration!
We offer raclette machines for rent or purchase, along with a selection of authentic Swiss cheeses.
Do not forget to include cornichons, pickled onions and boiled potatoes for the complete raclette experience.

Dinner Rolls
Complete your Thanksgiving table with our freshly baked rolls. Choose from: Brotchen, Snowflake, Laugen Roll, Small Pretzel and Laugen Cheese Roll.
If you are looking for something heartier, we also have our daily selection of artisan breads available.

House-Made Specialties
Birenweggen, a Swiss pear and walnut bread filled with fruit compote and a splash of red wine and Kirsch.

Pumpkin Raisin Tea Bread, made with real pumpkin puree, sweet dark raisins and a blend of warm spices.

Stollen, the traditional German fruit bread with raisins, almonds, citrus peel and marzipan. Dipped in butter and rolled in sugar for a sparkling festive finish.
