Three-layer chocolate sponge cake soaked with Extra Kirsch syrup, filled with two layers of Chantilly Cream (whip cream) and sour cherries, finished with whip cream and milk chocolate jimmies covering the sides as well as chocolate decor squares and milk chocolate shaving in the center, sour cherries on top of the rosettes.

Four-layer sponge cake alternating tiers of chocolate and vanilla, soaked with vanilla syrup, filled and frosted with vanilla buttercream, then decorated with vanilla swirls with multi-color cake sprinkles on top.

Carrot Cake
Three-layer carrot cake filled with cream cheese buttercream, crushed pineapple and walnuts, finished in cream cheese buttercream and decorated with toasted walnuts on the bottom and two marzipan carrots on top.

Dark Chocolate Mousse Cake
Four-layer chocolate sponge cake, soaked with rum syrup, filled with dark chocolate mousse between each layer, covered in chocolate buttercream and finished with dark chocolate shavings.

French Fruit Cake
Three-layer vanilla sponge cake, soaked with brandy syrup, filled and frosted with Bavarian Cream, adorned with glazed fresh fruit on top and sliced almonds along the sides.

Lemon Raspberry Cake

We have fresh cakes available daily in our showcase. Our standard cakes are 8-inch round, serving 10-12 people, and come with a free chocolate inscription upon request. All cakes differing from our ready to pick-up 8" cakes require 72 hour notice.
